Our President & Office Manager

As President of Everth Roofing of America, a proud family-owned business, Ever López brings over eight years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry. Starting from the ground up, he developed a deep understanding of both residential and commercial roofing systems, leading to a passion for quality workmanship and reliable service.

Audelina M. Pérez Roblero is the Office Manager of Everth Roofing. With nearly a decade of experience in the roofing industry, she has honed her expertise in both residential and commercial roofing projects. Her leadership is instrumental in ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

When not on a job site or managing operations, they enjoy giving back to the community as proud parents of two young children, and mentoring the next generation of roofing professionals.

Absolutely. We provide complimentary roof inspections to assess storm damage, general roof condition, and deliver information for homeowners to make the best decision and selecting the best course of action - whether you’re filing an insurance claim or considering a cash estimate for your home or business. 

How much does it cost to install a roof on my villa?

The cost of installing a roof can vary widely based on a multitude of factors including the size and slope of the roof, the materials chosen, the location of the property, and the specific requirements of the project. 

The first step is deciding that a roof replacement is the best course of action. Schedule an Inspection, or if you know you're ready for a replacement, Start a Request for Proposal. 

How many workers to do the roof of an ordinary house?

This number will vary between project, complexity, size and timing of your project. Our crews range anywhere from four to eight, with your project managers on site along with the crew lead and foreman. We ensure that we allocate a sufficient number of crew to complete efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

At Everth Roofing of America, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer substantial warranty coverage for our roofing installations with a standard five-year labor warranty. 

Our workmanship warranty typically covers any defects in the installation process or materials and ensures that any issues are promptly addressed at no additional cost to you. The duration of the workmanship warranty can be discussed during the initial consultation, and all warranty details will be clearly outlined in the proposal and contract.
